Excellent location, very customer oriented staff both at front desk and the morning breakfast buffet,, great breakfast, beautiful grounds and respite for busyness of touring, beautiful swimming pool area, excellent value for money. Only suggestion would be to have coffee/tea facility in the rooms.. highly recommended.

As soon as you walk through the doors of the 5 star hotel, you are immediately greeted by 7 star customer quality service. Miss Catherine Emil made my stay very enjoyable and memorable. The room was of superior standard offering balcony overlooking the wonderful River Nile. The lounge area is of high standard furnishings. The breakfast was very much enjoyable whilst looking out to the pool area. The hotel offers beautiful views of the sunset from the West Bank that is a must to be experienced from the rear of the hotel on the banks of the Nile. Our stay was a wonderful experience, mostly to the thanks of the hotel staff. Special thanks to all and Catherine Emil from Guest Relations, I very much recommend this hotel on your next visit to Luxor

A stay here in the low season is an absolute steal! The value for money is frankly unbelievable: the staff is overwhelmingly helpful and cordial, the rooms are stunning, the Nile view breathtaking and the breakfast exceptional. This is really a safe haven to be back into after a long day of exploring the city's beauties. I would definitely come back here given the opportunity!

The stay was fantastic. Mahmoud the owner engaged with us several times during our stay to make sure all is fine. He arranged 2 day trips for us to see the sights we wanted to visit, with a fantastic buffet style lunch. The guide was really good and ensured we had a relaxing, hassle free time. We also had a short Nile trip, with delicious home cooked food enjoyed on the boat. Breakfast was great and plenty. The staff is genuinely nice , Abdel bought all the kids icecream one morning, which I believe made everyone's day :) Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and go back.

I have never felt so emotional when I am leaving a place. Seriously, this place with the people inside is something else. I would like to thank especially Furkan, or Yuda as a nickname, who is a great person ever you can meet in Egypt. He is super helpful with everything. He is like a true friend. My 7 year old daughter had a great time thanks to him and also others. I cannot finish my words easily. I just hope to come back to this paradise again. Thank you dear Furkan, Omar and others the names are not mentioned here. Hope I can see you again 💜🙏

    The staff was very helpful, they were kind enough to spare a room with private bathroom although I booked a room with a shared bathroom. The room was big and had basic facilities, the Wi-fi was great,and the hotel is really close to the Luxor train station and Go Bus station, which is all I needed for a stay for only a day. I believe the hotel is great if you're arriving Luxor on your own.
