The hotel was accessible and close to all areas needed to be visited. Staff were friendly and their response was on time. The most I like was, they gave us some snacks, juice and sandwiches upon checking out. I have been in other countries and hotels they never do such amazing stuff. Pls keep it up and continue what you do.

Be aware that anytime there are markets and sales of stuff...

Be aware that anytime there are markets and sales of stuff involved there will be unbearable pushy men or young boys saying how cheap their merchandise is and you should come and look - 'just look' -' it will be great' - no it will not be great - there will be pressure and angry/disappointed faces or even pushy 'you have to buy now' - beware being asked to have tea or take a business card - or being told they have some relatives living in your part of the world - you will feel forced and scammed and will probably purchase something you don't want for a price way more than it is worth. It's a bummer and we did not even buy one item of the many souvenirs we saw during our two weeks in Egypt.

The staff, the location is perfect, 700 m to the old market, the check-in experience was nice and the receptionist (Hamada ) is amazing, The rooms are clean, spacious and the garden is near the pool.

Special thanks to lifeguard Mohamad for making sure the children are safe in the sea. The whistle can be annoying sometimes but all for the best. Walking distance to the old market. Very clean throughout. Staff wash the common areas daily early in the morning. We could walk bare foot without getting our feet dirty. Beautiful garden flowers. Delicious food. Belly dance last night. Well done to the entertainment guy Hazem great fun doing exercises at the beach. second time here and I'm sure I'll be back.
