What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Girls working at the reception desk went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia.

Stunning hotel in the centre of Carmen old town. Calm and elegant ambiance. Lovely staff who gave great restaurant recommendations. We stayed in a junior suite with a view over the piazza. 3m x 1m walk-in double shower. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. Definitely go for lunch at the Valencia Marina Club. Thank you for a lovely stay!

    It is interesting.

    It is interesting. Old trees forms very good atmosphere, not so hot. But stone walls on the floor make close view of animals, if you come with kids, it is difficult to move up your child to show every animal. You and kids are so tired till the end of your visit in Biopark. And it is so expensive. Barcelona zoo is cheaper and more comfortable with kids.
