The place is beautiful and the location is perfect, bus stop local and to Madrid just around the corner, food and groceries just two blocks away, a shopping mall 9 minutes away walking, and the staff are awesome. Torrelodones is hidden treasure or at least it was for me and Hotel Pax is the place to stay.

In Las Rozas, north of Madrid, the Exe Gran Hotel Almenar is ideally in a residential area, across from Las Matas train stations and just 16 miles from downtown Madrid.

Very clean and well appointed rooms. Quiet. Great air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Staff was uniformly great. I had come from the Westin La Quinta in southern Spain where my room was regularly filled with nauseous cigarette smoke day and night and the management was terrible about dealing with it and were generally aloof and disconnected. This place was the opposite. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located in Las Matas, next to railway station, and is surrounded by the shops and businesses of the Las Rozas area to the north of Madrid.

Great value for money, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Carlota on arrival was very helpful. Breakfast had a very decent selection, overall a very pleasant stay!
