The staff was amazing!!!! Extremely helpful and very friendly, they made the difference. The hotel is very modern and confortable, everything was neat and clean.

Interesting historical building and extremely warm and helpful staff. Parking garage was super convenient below the rooms (allowing direct access from rooms to parking) and had ample, large spaces. Staff gave us late checkout without hesitation, booked a lunch reservation and helped with exiting the parking. Unusually for Spain, a vigilant porter noticed us pulling up to the entrance, and took our bags directly to the room while we’re checking in. This was my first time staying at a Eurostars and I was impressed with their service and training. Would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The hotel was beautiful and astonishing. It was newly renovated with high end materials, bedding, curtains, etc. unfortunately we could only stay one night. Carlos was a great host and very helpful.
