The staff was superb. Due to a public event, all roads were closed and we could not get to the hotel by car. We parked nearby by Pl. he Cataunya and Alex and his collegue ran at record speed to come and pick us up and all our luggage on foot. They were so attentive to our needs and extremely professional and curteous

The location was perfect to walk to most attractions. The staff were amazing and helped us get a room with a slightly larger bed. We were also given a couple of free drinks vouchers which was a nice touch. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the pool area would be great during the summer months.
