The room was very comfortable. Nice there was turndown service from the housekeeping in the evening. We picked the hotel for the lovely rooftop terrace and this really didn’t disappoint. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The ladies behind the reception were all so friendly and helpful. The location is superb too! Close to everything! We walked everywhere

When we arrived at the hotel, we received a warm welcome from the reception team who were very knowledgeable about places to visit in Valencia. They also gave us a welcome drink, Aguia de Valencia cocktail which was born in their hotel bar, Cafe Madrid. The location is fantastic, really in the heart of the city, close to many attractions and there's a Carre four supermarket opposite for any daily essentials. When booking this hotel, I was sold on the rooftop bar, which was even more stunning in person and you could have breakfast in the restaurant up there, which was delicious. We booked a small double room which was immaculate and the cleaner came daily. We did not feel we were in a small room at all and the bathroom had lovely marbled tiles with a power shower. If we ever return to Valencia, we will definitely be staying here again!

Everything, might be the best bar/checkin we’ve seen. Have a drink while you checkin and get everything sorted. Staff was amazing and even surprised my wife with a bottle, Cake and a card wishing her a happy birthday.
