The property is sophisticated and mixes past charm and elegance with modern necessities. Although room #506 balcony didn’t open due to lack of door handles, we loved how this room kept what looked like the original windows. Absolutely loved the lounge bar. The staff were so wonderful and the wine was divine. Serving cookies with the tea was a happy surprise! The hotel staff in charge of daily room cleaning and nightly turndown service always made coming back to our room a welcoming sight. Although the conversion of the Canadian dollar to euros for a 3 night stay resulted in a very expensive stay, around $600 Canadian a night, we felt that it was worth it due to the hotels history and beautiful architecture.

Location was great. Interiors of the hotel was very nice. Room was specious and clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to all the staff in breakfast area, on 7th floor and to the concierge team!
