Everything…staff, location, room, spacious, cool vibe, hallways and decos, lobby, cleanliness, breakfast was exceptional! attention to detail, staff were beyond helpful and welcoming which makes a huge difference specially when you travelled a long way. The staff was very friendly and they even called us before the trip to ask some final questions and also if we had any questions. We arrived early, before 10:00. Our luggage was put into a safe room and we could check in already but the room wasn't ready (check on starts at 14:00). At 11:00 our room was ready. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. Enough options to choose from. The coffee in the morning is excellent. The waiter was also very friendly and helpful. The location is great, in the old town near a lot of tourist spots and nice restaurants. I noticed they have multiple hotels and apartments under different names, the broader brand name is stayingValencia.
