Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Big thank you to Mercedes who helped me plan activities and choose great restaurants! If you're vegan like me, I suggest you tell the front desk when you check in and they will provide you with good options for breakfast. They were very accommodating. Comfortable rooms. It's right across from Atocha train station and there is a free shuttle that takes you to the city center. My stay here was excellent!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, with tips for places to eat. Room large and clea, bed comfortable, large bathroom and wardrobe. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Coffee ok. The location is really good, near to train and bus station, subway, walking distance from everything. Very good choice to stay in Madrid.
