I booked this hotel because I wanted to visit some of the major art museums and this was in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and spacious and I loved the balcony, ceiling fan, and "rain" shower head. I also read many of the positive reviews and they were all correct! The staff was fabulous, the location great, and the rooms lovely. It is a short walk to the museums and into town, and to the Atocha train station. There is also a grocery store across the street and many small shops close by. I will totally stay here again when I next come to Madrid!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Big thank you to Mercedes who helped me plan activities and choose great restaurants! If you're vegan like me, I suggest you tell the front desk when you check in and they will provide you with good options for breakfast. They were very accommodating. Comfortable rooms. It's right across from Atocha train station and there is a free shuttle that takes you to the city center. My stay here was excellent!

The modern Acta Pirámides combines comfortable accommodations with great transport links.

We were able to check in early, the hotel upgraded our room to a junior suite. The suite was spacious, the bed very comfortable, it had a separate sitting area and even a loggia. The hotel has a parking garage(extra cost). There were very good connections to the city by bus or subway. The staff was very friendly.
