We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Small but well equipped fitness room. Great central location. My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage offered by the hotel. It was amazing! Special thanks to Monica, who’s massage helped us to relax and feel rejuvenated after a day of sightseeing. She is fantastic, highly recommended. Special gratitude to Jackeline at the front desk. Her kind service and expertise are highly appreciated.

My recent experience at LASALA Hotel in San Sebastián stands in stark and glorious contrast to the abysmal stay I previously endured elsewhere. Even before my official check-in, my request for a special favor – to have something picked up from a nearby shop – was met with immediate enthusiasm and seamless execution. This proactive and accommodating spirit set the tone for what would be a truly remarkable stay. The room itself was a sanctuary of comfort and refinement. Impeccably appointed with every conceivable amenity, it offered a tranquil haven of quietude, allowing for genuine relaxation. Unlike my previous lodging, this was a space designed for actual living and enjoyment. One of the highlights of my stay was the opportunity to indulge in a cigar on the rooftop terrace while being captivated by the breathtaking sunset views, all while savoring the iconic San Sebastián cheesecake. This was not just a moment; it was an experience, a memory etched in perfection. What truly set LASALA Hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The front desk staff were wonderful, We had a problem with our rental car and the two young ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help.They permitted to leave the car at the front of the hotel and translated for us when the mechanic arrived. They also helped with dining plans and showed us the best ways of getting around.The door man was also very helpful
