I recently stayed at this hotel in Barcelona, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel offered great value for the price, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One highlight was their complimentary happy hour—such a nice touch and a great way to relax after exploring the city. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do in Barcelona. If I ever return to the city, I’ll definitely stay here again!

A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. We felt at home during our two-day stay. The employees were incredibly friendly and quick in every matter. They deserve the best of everything. Everything in the room was so clean down to the last detail. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff assisting you at breakfast were also very good. The location could not be better. We were sad to leave the hotel and our duplex suit room. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Barcelona.

The staff was superb. Due to a public event, all roads were closed and we could not get to the hotel by car. We parked nearby by Pl. he Cataunya and Alex and his collegue ran at record speed to come and pick us up and all our luggage on foot. They were so attentive to our needs and extremely professional and curteous

Excellent in every way imaginable!! The best hotel in Barcelona without a shed of doubt. The staff in particular made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. They are attentive, helpful and extremely friendly. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we plan to return soon.

    This felt like Barcelona's version of Fifth Avenue, with...

    This felt like Barcelona's version of Fifth Avenue, with lots of very post stores (e.g. Tiffany), which I didn't particularly like. On the other hand, there are taxi stands and metro stops everywhere, which made it especially convenient and two of Gaudi's most fascinating houses are along this stretch. Check out the rooftop bar at the Hotel Majestic for a cocktail with a view. I stayed at the nearby Room Mate Anna and loved it.

    Great location, it is near to every highly rated restaurant and cafe, next to it is a supermarket. Passeig de Gracia, which is one of Barcelona’s major avenues with top shops and finest architecture, is on only 10 minutes of walk from the hotel. Also the street of the hotel is very beautiful, the view from our room was exceptional.

    It was within walking distance of tons of shopping (Passeig de Gràcia), restaurants, and tourist attractions. The lounge area and restaurant downstairs were nice for relaxing with friends during the day. We also loved the rooftop bar especially at night. The staff was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and even gave us suggestions for places to visit while in Barcelona.

    Perfect position on Passeig de Gracia, surrounded by every high end brand name you could think of, so every wife’s dream and most husband’s nightmare - but somehow Barcelona manages to make it fun for all beautiful wide, tree-lined streets, Gaudi buildings, cafes and restaurants. The Hotel Royal is the same, ultimately professional front of house also have a great warmth and soul, that make everyone feel welcome and included. Rooms are comfortable and have everything needed, the rooftop bar and tapas is splendiferous.
