We received an upgrade to a bigger room and it was fabulos, with a very nice view and very clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area, near a park. The city center is just 15 minutes walk. They have a private parking but if it's full there is a free parking nearby. I absolutely recommend this hotel, it has all: calm atmosphere, green surroundings (a beautiful garden) and really nice views.

This is a lovely modern property on the edge of old town. It is situated on a quiet, level pedestrian street. We walked all over old town from this property. The bus station for Puerto de la Cruz is an easy 10 min walk. The roof top terrace with pool sold us on the property and it did not disappoint. Breakfast is served there which you can purchase separately or look for a booking where it is included. There is an elevator but the wide staircase provides easy access to rooms as well.

We are coming to the hotel for the second time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our expectations were justified again. Everything is here - the luxurious garden of the hotel, the rooms, the service, the food - everything is at the highest level! The room was clean and really big, much bigger than I expected, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very diversed, with a lot of options. Also, the view from the hotel terrace/room to the Puerto de la Cruz and the ocean was amazing.

It is so central and very clean. Staff are wonderful especially Jose on reception. Mu elderly father in law was with us and they treated him very well. The breakfast choice was very good and the pool and bar area was lovely
