GREAT location. Delicious breakfast with champagne. If you wanted papaya & it wasn’t at the buffet or if you wanted an omelette cooked specifically for you, you would ask the waiter/waitress to bring it to you.

we loved the rooms, bed was comfy and showers were delightful! the staff was very accommodating and provided excellent service. Included breakfast was great - lots of options. The location of the hotel was excellent - super central and walkable to many attractions, close to the train Station.

Our stay at Vincci The Mint was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Traveling with two young children isn’t always easy, but the entire hotel team was incredibly patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A special shoutout to Yanett from the reception team, who was the star of our stay. Yanett was not only helpful but genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. She suggested an upgrade to a Junior Suite at a discounted rate, ensuring we had more space and comfort for our family. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference, allowing us to enjoy the extra room and relax during our visit. The Junior Suite was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for a family stay. Yanett’s kindness didn’t stop there – she was always available to assist with any requests, big or small. If you’re looking for a hotel in Madrid where the staff truly makes you feel like a valued guest, Vincci The Mint is the place to be. The service, was exceptional, and we can’t wait to come back.     As a family of five, it is hard to find budget-conscious places to stay in Madrid. We appreciate that the Newton allowed us to stay in a private room for 4 with 4 bunk beds, and the location is excellent - a 15 minute walk to Retiro park, the Atocha train station, and Museo Sophia Reina. Kids were excited by the bunk beds, and the free churros and coffee/tea in the morning was nice.

    Funky little hotel in a very convenient location (about halfway between the Retiro Park and the Plaza del Sol). A bonus is that the neighborhood is very quiet. There are two small hotels with the same owner in the same building. The manager of the facilities was super friendly. I chose this hotel not just because of the location but also because the rooms looked anything but cookie-cutter at a VERY reasonable price for Madrid. They offer an 8 Euro breakfast coupon for three local breakfast places, and that was also a decent deal.

    The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk to many places in Madrid - the Prado, the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, the Sunday flee market, etc. There are many restaurants, tapas bars, etc nearby. Over all a good location if you're into walking to venues. It was comfortable and fairly well appointed. It a nice kitchen, comfortable sofa and bed.
