I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities are new and modern, giving a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the free coffee and drinks available 24 hours a day—a fantastic perk that made the stay even more enjoyable. While the location is a bit far from Madrid's city center, it's just an 8-minute walk to Bus E1, which takes you directly there. It's a small inconvenience compared to the overall quality and experience this hotel provides. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The staff were all so warm,friendly and helpful. That made my stay feel like a second home. This was a truly luxurious experience worth every euro spent. Their food at their restaurant was exquisite They always were attentive to what I needed. I will definitely come back to Pinar plaza hotel.

The room is cleverly designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Spotless clean, soft towels, and a great wide shower with an excellent stream of water. The location of the hotel is superb! So close to the center main points of interest, restaurants and bars. 2 minutes walk from Sol metro station, 5 minutes to Gran via and Calleo. Staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable even with non common questions. 24-hour coffee and refreshments is a nice bonus, and having a Starbucks branch just next to the entrance, too. The little surprise bag in the mornings is another cool gesture.

    Madrid was an unexpected delight. Less touristy than Barcelona - easier pace. Very walkable. Beautiful parks. I visited the Royal Palace and Prado Museum as my main paid attractions. Opted for the audio tours at both.

    Madrid was easy to get around and very walkable. Prada museum and Sofia Reina are excellent and worth visiting. We loved Retiro Park - a relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Can highly recommend doing a day trip to Toledo

    A lovely city with great architecture, the royal palace, and Museo del Prado - key sites. Go for a walk around the Chueca and Malasana districts where there are small boutiques, coffee shops and bars. Also try taking the train out to Toledo (30 mins) for a day and see this beautiful old medieval city.

    Madrid is an amazing city.

    Madrid is an amazing city. A very lively cosmopolitan city with bars, restaurants, cafes and people out and about. Locals are fun, humble, helpful, and cheerful. Getting around is super easy with taxis everywhere (fares regulated and not expensive like other European cities). The city completely surpassed my expectations.

    Excellent city with great transport, albeit slightly confusing method of payment as you can apparently share a transport card. Free travel for under 5s. The city isn't crazy busy in August despite its size, and seemingly lots of locals on holiday. Pick your eateries wisely, as you should be able to eat out for very competitive prices. Small number of places try to rip you off. So try to eat off the main squares or in the suburbs. Felt safe the entire trip. Lots of play parks if you have kids and want to distract them. Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, Plaza Sol, Santiago Bernabeu & El Retiro Park are a must. Recommend Txapela for pinchos joy on Gran Via. Gorgeous city. Great weather. Great food.

    The hotel was really nice. We booked there because we had an early flight. The location was perfect, because it was a 20 min walk to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's probably the best bed I slept in in Madrid. It's a bit outside of the city center, but the area has some nice restaurants and a cozy plaza. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a metrostation near by. I would recommend this hotel!

    There are few hotels where you can say everything was flawless (except for our key cards not working once), and this is one of them. On top of that the location is excellent being directly in the city centre whilst they manage to keep the rooms wonderfully quiet. The walls were a little bit thin but much better than the typical hotel standard. The bar on top of the hotel was a nice reprieve from the overcrowded bars of Madrid
