My favourite is the staff, specially the manager Mr. Yosef he was extremely helpful and made my life so much easier. Everyone else were so nice as well. The location was close to the airport about 1 km which was perfect for my purpose and also they provide a free airport shuttle huge plus.

The hotel is organised and clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel's management is always attentive to small details, for example: I was unable to take a shower due to maintenance work that was being carried out and as soon as the issue was resolved, I received a small bag in my room containing the best coffee in Ethiopia, some biscuits and a card apologising for the inconvenience caused by the momentary interruption of the water supply. It was fantastic. Note: The hotel bar is open 24/7

Everything was good and I definitely recommend this hotel. The facilities are good, the staff was friendly, receptionists very helpful (Eden and others, too). If I come back to Addis, I am gonna stay in the same hotel
