This beautiful hotel is at the end of a VERY quiet alley-type street. Location was great, the room and bathroom was beautiful; everything was excellent but the customer service was more than excellent. Maude and Audrey were not only helpful and knowledgeable,but extremely lovely to talk to. They arranged for my room to get cleaned first so I could check in a tiny bit early which was so nice of them. I would one hundred percent stay at this place again.

The reception staff was exceptional! We were greeted kindly, offered cold water, and our room was explained to us. The room was tastefully decorated and have every amenity, including a little kitchen. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the small patio was a bonus. The room had air con! A great location with classic architecture and easy walking around.

The architecture is impressive,as are the 7 identical human figures high up on poles,which are even more stunning at night,when lit up in different colours.They are supposed to represent the different continents of the world,uniting together as a peaceful whole....I guess that symbolism was lost on Trump and Putin.....

    Beautiful people-watching square in dowtown Nice - see the Green walkway (Coulee verte) and the Ruhl Casino is just at the end by the Mediterranean sea. Old Town Nice is down the hill - pedestrian zones - and wonderful local foods on sale.

    The location was great - 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and beach,next to Place Massena, and very close to the tram to the Nice Ville train station which made it easy to do daily excursions to other towns. Apartment was also very clean.

    Very strategic location as it is very close to the Promenade des Anglais (the main beach in Nice), Place Massena, and also within a comfortable walking distance to the Nice-Ville train station. Connections develop quickly and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The bed is quite comfortable and the bathroom, though small, is comfortable. Plus, the hostel provide some beach equipment (beach umbrella, chair, mat) that you can borrow and take to the Beach for free. Truly one of the best hostel in Nice

    We booked two rooms with balconies for a great 5 night stay. The hotel is perfectly situated on Avenue Jean Medecin with access to stores and restaurants and a short walk from Place Massena. One of our rooms did have a clogged shower drain that was fixed next day. Staff were not the friendliest, but were helpful in booking taxis to the airport. Rooms were serviced every day and were comfortably spacious.

    The location was remarkable! We loved it. We were just a couple of blocks from the beach and right on the beautiful Place Massena. We could easily walk to the casinos, to Castle Hill, and around the bay. The apartment itself was very quiet and nicely decorated and appointed.

    The location was excellent, really close to place Masséna. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and the owner was really nice. We had a problem with our hair dryer and she brought another one quickly. It was really confortable and had everything you need for a weekends getaway.
