Everything—location, facilités and staff. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with a great shower. And the staff go out of your way to help, like getting me decaf pods and some milk for the Nespresso machine, and a blanket and sheet for the bed, instead of a down coverlet, which is too warm for us.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the whole hotel and the quality of it, the food was excellent as is the wine card. Good beds and silent air-conditioning. Clean! Nice swimming pool. As one expects from a 5-star hotel and better.
