First class facilities with bags of character, would suit film buffs and art lovers (us). Breakfast is a communal affair where you cook what you want, plenty of help-yourself goodies. We loved the fact it had a music studio for use by guests - you certainly dont get that everywhere! Bed was lovely and comfy and TV was massive. We would return in a heartbeat. Merci mille fois xx

Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and bar menu as well as a lovely dinner service. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Location excellent within easy walking distance to town center.

I like room with nice view to the street.It was very clean.Staff was very helpful ,friendly and helped me to call taxi when my uber application stoped working. I would recomend to stay at this hotel as it is close to many caffes,bus stops and very centered.

My partner and I were exceptionally happy with our stay. The hotel is finished to an incredibly high standard and the staff helped in any way they could. Importantly also the staff themselves seemed to be happy to be working there which created a very relaxed and fun atmosphere. Right at the heart of Rennes, which is a must see place, but also quiet and peaceful. We could not recommend Mama Shelter Rennes enough.

This hotel is a charming hotel, located in central Rennes. It is just a 5-minute walk from the Republique Metro stop and offers a private car park.
