This is one of the best guest houses in the area we have stumbled on. The room was fresh and bright and everything was there for a comfortable stay. Clean bedding and towels and plenty of toilet roll and toiletries in the shower. This is an older building and you can see they are trying to get it to a state of good repair. That in mind for us it was exceptional in terms of value and comfort and cleanliness. It's run by an exceptional couple Kevin and Mai who have tried to give the guests everything they need for a great stay. They gave us a room suited to husbands needs as we knew before booking there were no ground floor rooms. Breakfast was a good variety and self served. Without a doubt we will return and recommend it to family and friends. I wish them all them best with future plans for the guest house.

Lisa and Mark were so welcoming on our arrival. The location was perfect for myself and my daughter, near enough to the sea front that you could walk down but was a nice and quiet location . The full hotel was immaculately clean. The breakfast was exceptional and great value for money. The beds were lovely and comfy, a real home from home.

Perfect location and a great seaside town hotel, perfectly located for the Opera House / Winter Gardens, and many bars & restaurants. A two minute walk to the beach and pier. Lovely greeting from Robert, who also cooked us a great breakfast! Spotlessly clean. Parking on the road to the side of the hotel, or secure parking for a small charge a few yards away. We were called the day before by Carol, the owner, asking if we would like to check in early. Overall, extremely helpful and accomodating.

Check all your booked events thoroughly before you go - Our afternoon tea was cancelled at the ballroom in the tower and we were not told before we traveled 5hrs to visit, disappointed. We we not even allowed to go around the tower as there were other events happening, still trying to organise a re-visit complementary as suggested by the staff, nearly a year on in December 24

Was a bit worried coming back to the circus as the last 2 years have been terrible but this year was much better seems to be getting back to it's old self I've been coming yearly for 20 years, could do with a little shake up but definitely good to see the pool back in action and all the guys seemed to be giving it there all and in my opinion dont get the recognition they deserve at all still holding its own in a generation of screen fed children times have changed but nice to go back to the good told times for a short period of time at least

    Love the ballroom.

Love the ballroom. Its nice to watch those that can ballroom dance properly and also, is entertaining when watching those that can`t! The ballroom is beautiful to look at and you can order afternoon tea here. There is a circus at the top and it was very good, with acts from all around the world.🤡 At the end of the performance, they flood the circus ring with water. Its interesting to watch. You can go to the very top and look at the view from there. There is also a glass floor to walk on, if you dare! Its not for those that are frightened by heights...😨 We went to an exhibition about the history of the tower and we all had our photo taken. One of these superimposed ones. Showing us all sat on a girder many hundred of feet up.... The Blackpool Tower Eye experience it was called. There are other exhibitions on and you can get a ticket for all or just some of them. These days, we pay to go to the ballroom only, as this doesn`t cost much. Its nice to just sit there on the balcony with a drink and watch the dancing and of course listen to the world famous Wurlitzer organ.

Can easily spend a day in the tower. 4D cinema was great .

Can easily spend a day in the tower. 4D cinema was great . Book afternoon tea in the Ballroom . The tower circus is fantastic with fun and thrills throughout the show.VIP tickets give you a free drink , nachos and popcorn and can be upgraded from your weekly attraction ticket. It’s well worth the climb up to the top of the tower to the outside viewing gallery, the views are amazing. Crazy golf and amusement arcade to fill in the gaps makes for a great day out , particularly if you need to get inside out of bad weather.

    Absolute rip off!

Absolute rip off! Used to love taking the kids to the circus and aquarium etc. They still love the circus, but for a family of 5 we cannot afford the prices and find it really is not value for money at all.

Cheap that's it wouldn't recommend for family's. Very cramped for 3 people. Bedding was clean. But decor was nothing to be desired. Beds where quite comfortable. But very low from the floor. Room felt cramped. Room 9. And the step to the toilet was quite unpleasant. Get banging feet. The view was quite good as you could see the blackpool tower. But had to pay for parking 48 hours. Which Qasim disappointing

Honestly, this was the best place I’ve stayed at in England. The apartment was spotless, in a quiet and cozy area, and just a short walk from shops and the Blackpool Tower. It was also very easy to reach from the train station. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. I genuinely felt at home here and will definitely stay again next time..

Great for groups of people, lovely decor and a quirky vibe. The guests that accompanied me for the trip were really pleased with the property! Fantastic location too! Near to the Blackpool Tower and a lovely freshly made pizza shop near the the apartment on our way home at night… the kids loved a late night snack after the concert! We also quite liked the noise of the pigeon cooing in the eves on a morning 😊
