The location of the Guest house right next to the Brighton pier and all major tourist spots. most of the places were accessible by walking. The room had most of the amenities. Lots of little goodies and knick knacks to munch on. Absolutely loved my stay there with my mother who visiting Brighton for the first time. Jeremy was in constant touch regarding any issues we might encounter including the time we managed to lock ourselves out of our room, he sent Awad to sort that out and rescued us.

The apartment looks just like in the pictures provided. It's comfortable, clean and the location is just amazing - everything is basically within walking distance - Brighton Pier, the beach, the Lanes, shops, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the appliances actually work (which we all know is not always the case). The host is great, friendly and made us feel so welcome. The bed was also very comfortable. The instructions for arrival and departure were provided in advance and were perfect - not one mishap. Would definitely return.

The room was clean with plenty of light from the floor to ceiling window. The bed was comfortable and roomy. The hotel breakfast was really nice and the staff were very polite and attentive. The location was great for the price, just a 5 minute walk away from the beach and the city centre, 15-20 minutes away from the tourist spots (aquarium, royal pavillion, brighton pier).

Seafront hotel quite central to Brighton city and Brighton pier walking, no car is needed. Views from the front of the hotel were outstanding. Got a very warm welcome at reception by Martha who went through everything we needed to know during our stay. Front lobby is a great feature to the hotel, so gorgeous. Tea and Coffee making facilities, a walk in shower and full live TV all exceed my expectations. Was kindly upgraded to a room with air conditioning which was exactly what we needed in a 31 degree heatwave, Thank you Martha!
