Really great location right on Broad Street, with a tram stop close by and the main part of town a short walk away. Friendly staff, and a very generous 17h late checkout for a small fee. Rooms are clean and comfortable, everything feels very new.

If you like Hen & Stag nights, loud music, grubby streets,...

If you like Hen & Stag nights, loud music, grubby streets, grubby buildings and partially clad people (both sexes) who should really not be partially clad, then this is the place for you. The fact that the council has built a superb new tramway passing along Broad Street and made massive improvements to Centennial Square only to have these investments completely negated by the lack of 'clean up' of Broad Street is beyond velief.

Great staff, really friendly and welcoming.Excellent rooms especially the great shower. Good location on Broad Street. Air conditioning noisy though and the car park really needs to be kept cleaner and is not ideal for women on their own.

Awesome Hotel in good city centre location. With lots of shops and off-licenses nearby and walking distance to Grand Central, Broad Street and Bull Ring Shopping mall. Close to Britannia Parking Grand Central. The beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. With Flatscreen TV. Aircon was perfect, with ability to change temperature as per my requirement. Hotel staff were super friendly.
