Booked a 2-day stay for my birthday and wedding anniversary, i was expecting a not-so-good service! But me and my husband were surprised of the customer service they have! The front desk staff was really a plus! Our room was upgraded to King size with a wine, but we don’t drink. the bed was so comfy! we had fun and comfortable stay. they gave us a river view which was amazing! we requested toiletries and gave us! the pool was warm and of good size! the location is convenient, one cable car ride away to/from O2 arena! the breakfast was good! they gave us late check out which was excellent! did not regret our stay!

Good Hotel London is a profit for nonprofit floating hotel with a waterfront location and rooftop terrace offering panoramic views.

Staff very polite, maintance acted asap to our request and a friendly message from.Michael the maintainance guy that he fixed the problem.was very sweer!

The staff vas nicely and friendly The breakfast is so delicious you have plenty of choice And the restaurant is also nice. Just ass tip, try the chicken pire pire burger is so delicious
