Location, service and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception staff with blue eyes which I forgot his name was so nice and supportive especially when we were looking for taxi and transport to London 🌸 also another staff in the reception he was so kind and gave us his own umbrella ☂️ while going out during rainy days

All was fantastic, a fabulous location and excellent record throughout. The room exceeded my expectations—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with quality linens Breakfast was a feast for both the eyes and the belly and a great way to finish my stay.

Love the Bohemian flair of the rooms, gardens, and lounge! The "cottage" was tucked away in a corner on the ground floor so it was very quiet. The furnishings were terrific, and I particularly enjoyed the large claw foot bathtub in the room, although some may be put off by the location right in the bedroom (there is a wonderful shower in the private bathroom if privacy is a concern). Lovely to soak after a long flight from the US and train ride from London! The staff graciously allowed us to stow our luggage after checkout so we could wander about unencumbered. They also assisted with getting luggage down the stairs at the entrance.
