The staff was phenomenally helpful and friendly. That were very sweet in helping my fiancée and myself celebrate our engagement weekend. They truly made it special. The service was wonderful with drinks being delivered to you where ever you were on the property. Finally the food was delicious. You couldn’t go wrong with anything on the menu. While we didn’t have pets ourselves it was quite fun seeing dogs around! You truly couldn’t go wrong with a stay here.

With stunning views of the valley and 3 acres of private grounds, this traditional Georgian country house has a delightful village setting, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Clive was very welcoming. The rooms were very homey and comfortable, and both rooms accommodated our family of 5. Our children had enough room to play and move around. We all enjoyed the breakfast, and we appreciated him making reservations for us at he local pub. We loved the area and the view. If we are ever back in the area, we will be sure to book again!

This is a gorgeous property that should be every traveller of the Bath area’s go to for an overnight (or few nights) stay. The property is well secured and the gardens are so beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastically decorated and updated. The hosts are friendly and helpful.
