Designated secure parking space for our classic car. We were upgraded to a superior double room that was really spacious and had a lovely decor. Did not ask for a change of towels, but got some extra the next day. Received a voucher for a welcome drink in their cozy lounge/bar. Only 5 minutes walk from Windsor castle and 2 minutes from various pubs and restaurants.

The best stay in London for sure. Loved every bit of my stay here. The staff was young and super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, the room was amazing with all amenities. The toilet was very spacious. They provide daily housekeeping and the staff cleans the room like new everyday. Free parking and beautiful garden at the back. The subway / train station is right next to the hotel with very convenient new Elizabeth line. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is excellent! Excellent room, warm shower, comfortable bed, lots of outlets to charge devices, excellent breakfast. About 7 minutes to get to the underground. Everything was very nice! Highly recommend!
