I loved everything about my stay from the staff to the location! The staff was so friendly I loved coming back to my room with different little surprises each day kind letters and chocolate it was just heartwarming. I loved being greeted by everyone with a smile day and night! Even from the residents of the hotel! It was like a family hotel. The location is amazing its 5 minutes away from all the mayfair restaurants I walked everywhere.

The stay was above and beyond our expectations, from the small touches of a lit candle in the bathroom and tidying my chargers with a cable-tye, to the amazing staff at front desk and breakfast room. Not to mention the Stable bar. Can't wait to come back!

The Location is great of course. What made this hotel special are the following two main points. 1. The stuff in the hotel are great. I would like to extend my appreciations to Ms. Aziza and Mr. J who working in the restaurant and the Hyde Cafe inside the hotel. They are super good. And Aziza is super friendly and she is always going extra miles to make kids happy and comfortable. And today marked almost one month of our check out date. My 4 year old son is still saying: I miss my friend (Aziza) in London. 2. The local church is hosting a live Christmas choral inside the hotel lobby. That was great experience for us. My son really enjoyed the singing xxx. Getting to know the locals is always nice thing to do when you travel.

The space is great for 2 people, clean, modern. Location is great right off the Kings Road. There is an approx. 20 min walk to Sloane Square station, there are plenty of buses if you want to use them. The Kings Road is a great location to explore London from and it is an easy walk across the river to Battersea Park and the amazing Power station. The price was fair, London is expensive and the property was a great choice and value for money.
