The welcome was amazing, the room was beautiful, decor out of this world, the food was 5 star, Shame I only stayed one night! I will definitely be booking again One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

The Royal Heysham is outstanding. The staff are wonderful. We arrived and we had made a mistake with our booking however this was resolved immediately without issue. We booked the accessible room for my parents as my mother has mobility issues. The room has been designed perfectly which showed that thought and experience of a disability had been considered. All our rooms were beautifully appointed with quality fittings and a coffee machine with a choice of coffee.. We visited over a weekend and had not booked a table for dinner, again the staff kindly found us a table. Words cannot express how fabulous the breakfast is, that is included in the cost of the stay. We can honestly say that we would highly recommend The Royal Heysham. The service, rooms and quality of food is outstanding. Thank you so much, you have made our visit a memorable one which I am sure we will remember with happiness for many years.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Lovely attention to detail, I am dairy free so the soy milk was very thoughtful , I was able to have a morning cup of tea instead of a black coffee. Although no breakfast is available.the complimentary items in the fridge were appreciated.

We came over for our 10 year wedding anniversary we arrived to a beautiful card and a bottle of prosecco which was very thoughtful. The owners were very nice, the hotel is stunning and the breakfast was amazing with so much choice we will stay again
