They take your booking and money, then days before arrival, they email and ask if you want to change your dates as they are sold out,I couldn’t do this as I had booked accommodation, trains etc for family holiday,it had bus loads of school children so it was horrendous queues, most of the groups leave between 3 and 3.30,so I thought myself and daughter would get on rides more often, only for the rides to stop at 4pm as park closes when it get quieter, even though I paid for entry till 5pm as advertised,I had paid in advance for 3 days in a row,and on our 3rd day we didn’t even go,losing £47.50,so your kicked out just after 4pm and the one bus that stops outside for Ripon doesn’t arrive till 5.50pm,do not go near this park if you don’t have a car as you will end up stranded,in fact to be honest, just don’t go near this park at all,it’s run like a 2nd class funfair.
