The location is unbeatable, at the very heart of London and yet relatively quiet. The rooms have excellent noise insulation and we were not bothered at all during the night. The staff was super friendly and attended to all our needs. The restaurant in the hotel, Wild Honey, is something special that has to be experienced. Many other outstanding restaurants in the immediate vicinity, I would highly recommend Aquavit.

London Eye

I spy with my little eye, something beginning with ... L. Get a god’s-eye view of London atop this giant Ferris Wheel on the South Bank. The glass pods hold up to twenty-five people per pod and were designed to represent each of London's 32 boroughs. Infinitely popular, it does exactly as it claims – it takes you up, then it takes you down!

somewhat underwhelming. if you don't get the fast track option expect around a 30 min wait. views are surprisingly obstructed on the opposite side of the Thames - couldn't even see the gherkin! I did expect it to be far more spectacular than what it was.

The best thing is the awesome location. Just next to Charing Cross station and 5 minutes walk to Trafalgar Square .Thames River , London Eye ,Big Ben , covent garden , piccadily circus are all very close. There are lots of shops, restaurants, many different couisine choices around. It is a safe area. Hotel staff are nice and friendly. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast is a bit pricy but good and lots of variety. We would stay there again.

We were travelling with 3 kids and upgraded to a suite. Best decision of the trip so far. The suite was spacious enough and came with a fully stocked kitchenette. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Nice and clean bathroom. Hotel staff was always pleasant to deal with, and interacted with smiles on every conversation we had. Overall an exceptional stay, very close to the London eye and transit hubs. Pret a monger and sainsburry also next door. Literally cannot find anything negative to complain about.

Firstly, the head doorman here was the star of the show. I am not good with names but he gave me recommendations that never missed. Had a wonderful experience with just him. The room was quiet and had a wonderful view of the London Eye and the River Thames. Bed was comfortable. And on our way out the doorman shined again with having a taxi to take us to Heathrow. Easy walk to the Houses of Parliament, West Minster, Buckingham Palace, and many more.

We love the property because of its prime location. First, the area is vibrant and filled with wonderful restaurants and shops. A bit further from the main shopping areas like Selfridges and Harrods but they can be easily reached by bus (bus station within walking distance), tube or even on foot on a nice day. Second , the rooms are clean and modern. Drinks and snacks are complimentary. Third, it’s very close to Big Ben, London Eye and the majestic Westminister Abby.
