What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The common areas were equally impressive, with a serene ambiance that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Comfort is another area where the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh truly excels. The staff, facilities and comfort were all exceptional, with the staff being the highlight of my stay. I had the most interaction with staff member Raul. He is a great person and his attention and service put my Edinburgh experience over the top. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

It’s a beautiful property with charm and character. Area was calming and relaxing. Our room had a fairly nice view and was very clean and well supplied.
