I am so grateful to the staff. I was a weary traveler with a rental care--my first experience driving in the UK. I was exhausted and needed a place to stay and recharge. Staff are highly professional.

The room and bathroom we're exceptionally large for a Europran hotel.. The windows were large, they opened easily and my room faced a pleasant garden.the room had a nice selection of tea and coffee. Fresh milk and water were provided. The sandwich I ordered from the deli was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just off junction 25 of the M5, this contemporary hotel combines good value, and modern accommodations with a convenient location for exploring Somerset and Taunton.

The reception staff was absolutely incredible. They were warm and caring and I felt well taken care of the entire time. For an economy hotel the room was very clean and was the right amount of space. For the price the hospitality and cleanliness was topnotch!
