Breakfast selection was very good and evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel was in the centre of Welshpool, near to lots of interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and the canal. Powis castle was very close by.

The parking facilities were great - off road parking right next to the hotel. The toiletries in the room were also of good quality. The location was excellent and we had a lovely walk from the hotel to Powis castle through the deer park as recommended by the receptionist.
