This hotel is exceptional never been to another hotel where everything was perfect cannot praise this hotel enough. The restaurant was superb the surroundings are very relaxing and there is the bonus of having a spa.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, nicely heated up on arrival.

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room with lovely, large shower. Excellent value with dinner and breakfast included. Food was lovely, with a good choice.

The rooms are stylish and the restaurant was exceptional. The staff were lovely and friendly. It is right in the centre of the little town of Stone. The breakfast was excellent too.

Great Breakfast choices ; lots of variety and it arrived promptly. Location was great for our friends to meet us. Quiet and peaceful area with beautiful gardens and flowers. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

The Loft offers accommodations in Norton Bridge, 7.3 miles from Trentham Gardens and 17 miles from Alton Towers.
