In a former farm building, the Hillhead Lets provides large bedrooms and free Wi-Fi. Located in Bannockburn, the famous battlefield is close by.

An 'interesting ' setup in a small group of houses and accommodation. Seems to work. Convenient spot in walking distance of a reasonably priced hotel for dinners. Basic room but comfortable enough.

The luxurious Victoria Square and the Orangery Restaurant shares the elegance of this desirable area of Stirling, with a selection of distinctly styled rooms with attached bathroom.

Staff were super friendly. Nice old house with character, Bed was very comfortable. Downtown was a short walk away but we decided to eat at their restaurant which exceeded expectations, Unlikely to have found anything better downtown. Breakfast in the morning was also very good. Only good nights sleep I had during our entire trip.

The Golden Lion Hotel has welcomed guests, including royalty, for more than 200 years.

It was a good start all the way around.
