The Hyatt is in a great location for the Arena, Symphony Hall, Library and all the bars and restaurants along the canal. We had a good sized King room on the 21st floor with a great view including the canal - very pretty at night. The staff were all very friendly and there was a good atmosphere in the bar.

Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and we had a card and gifts left by reception which I thought was really lovely touch. We went to the Symphony Hall that was 2 mins away. Location was fantastic for all the bars. Weather spoons around the corner.

Good location for the Symphony Hall and near to the city centre. Nice breakfast which was included. Room was clean and comfortable. We were sharing with our daughter so it was a bit tight but still room to move around. Luggage can be stored until check in or following check out. We would definitely stay again.
