The grounds on which the property is situated is stunning. However, I was overcharged during our stay, given misinformation upon booking and then charged incorrectly on checkout which has not been resolved, manager has not bothered to call me back to resolve the issue and complaint I raised almost 2 months ago. Poor customer service.

The restaurant and lounge decor is lovely. Our evening dinner was delicious. Our room was quite spacious and had air con which worked well. The bedding was lovely and fresh and the bed was a little soft but very comfortable. The location is very good for walking into Windsor and Eton and down to the river.

I used to stay here infrequently over the past 10 years or so and it wasn’t the best place to stay > But now it has been transformed and it’s amazing 🤩 the rooms the food the staff the outside bar and patio are are fantastic will always be booking here in the future when down in Virginia Water 100%
The whole place felt cozy and staff were always helpful and kind. The location was the biggest positive for me - it backs on to the Virginia Water entrance of Great Windsor Park. I was happily able to spend a few days wandering around the many different parts of that stunning park! Room was good and so were the breakfasts :~)
Next to Virginia Water Lake. Free parking for hotel guests. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Pub/restaurant was pleasant with British food options. Plenty of availability in restaurant. Room was reasonably clean and fine for a 1 night stay. Wifi was ok and easy to connect to. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
Perfect location for Thorpe Park (10 min drive) - our main reason for staying here. Also the hotel was right next to Virginia Water Lake, so that was an extra bonus. The staff were friendly, and accommodating when I needed an extra towel, and when the food was not as expected, there was no problem in taking it off the bill. Breakfast was plentiful and the pancakes were enjoyable (just don't add the extra maple syrup or it would be far too sweet).
Helen and Dave were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was catered well for dogs, with a large garden area for them to play in. Breakfast was excellent with homemade bread and lots of choice! A very convenient location situated near Virginia water.
Beautiful comfortable room ,friendly informative hosts, Great breakfast with home made bread Ideal location for exploring Virginia Waters and Windsor. Definitely recommended.
Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice and always served with a smile. This is my second stay at the Savannah B&B and will definitely stay again when in the area. Helen and David are around to help whenever needed and we enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the garden after a busy few days out and about. There are shops and places to eat nearby and attractions like Windsor, Kew Gardens, RHS Wisley and Savill Garden near Virginia Water are in easy reach. Parking is a must and there was ample parking on the drive or on the road outside.
The location and practicality was ideal, as we ended the Ascot racecourse and it was virtually round the corner. The bed was generally quite comfortable and behind the hotel was Virginia Water, which was stunning.
The food in the restaurant was generally okay but certainly wasn’t worth the prices charged.
