We attended evensong on Sunday afternoon- lovely music but the choir master is leaving and there is a mystery here as he is very popular produces a great choir and was only three years off retirement, and obviously loves his work. We went twice.

This certainly fits that description in a delightful way. The rooms are located above an historic 18th-century pub and restaurant. Our room had all the modern amenities, including Nespresso machine and updated bathroom with both tub and shower. The bed was quite comfortable.
