Beautiful, historic hotel. The morning breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice and comfortable. Great location. Right next to the Windsor Castle as well as the Thames River and all of its wonderful shopping areas. They also have a spa with massages available. Friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and Sarah couldn't do enough to help throughout the stay. The beds were very comfortable and after an excellent nights sleep the breakfast was delicious.
