IranIt feels like you're staying at a friend’s house.The staff are so kind and friendly. Room was so clean and room service was good. It provides you kitchen facilities and some dishes to cook. Great location on the piazza in the old part of town, a short walk to the water. The hotel's "Irish pub", The Quiet Woman was pretty good too, and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, very wonderful with a wonderful view and a great location.. The hotel staff served us perfectly, Mr. Kakha and Mrs. Lisa.. The treatment was more than wonderful, thank you very much to them.. Everything is close to me.. Ali, Nino, the Boulevard and Piazza Square, it is really wonderful

The owners are inteligent, kind, polite and friendly.They take care of every single detail related to guest's comfort. Location is great! It's a city center - 100 metres distance from Piazza Batumi and Saint Nicholas Orthodox Church. Guesthouse is in a really cosy and quiet place! Nearby are many souvenir shops, coffee houses, cafes and restaurants. Highly reccomended!

I like everything about this hotel, the location, the room, the bathroom, and even the stuff they were so welcoming and helpful. It’s a great value for the money and it’s really close to Piazza square, and very short walk from everywhere too!

Loved the big comfortable room with 2 balconies. Loved the location, right on the Piazza with a view over the Piazza on one side and the church on the other. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

We were very pleased to see warm and welcoming attention to us! The owner of the apartment was constantly in touch, very flexible regarding arrival time, and provided us with extra care as hachapuri and wine. We definitely will stay in the same place next year and would recommend them our friends and family.
We loved everything. Location, close distance to Europe square, Piazza, beach, restaurants, and shopping.
Thank you so much for making our vacation so pleasant

We stayed this apartment in batumi, this is quite specious rooms, with well equipped kitchen, best part is location, it's at piazza square, all other places are just walk in distance, freedom square and batumi promenade is just 5-10min walk in from hotel, good staff but they don't know english, so need to use translator, best location and best hotel strongly recommend

The location was excellent as you are footsteps away from the Batumi Piazza. There is a small fruit stand on the corner, bars and cafes along the road. We visited the cafe next door who served great coffee and food. We went both days that we were there. Additionally, attached to the cafe is a nice little crafts/artisan shop- CASH only but you can really find some unique souvenirs for yourself and gifts.
