I’ was on a visit with my family in this beautiful country, Georgia.
After our early dinner in Tbilisi, me, my wife and my 8 year old son were walking on Shota Rustavali Ave street outside Galleria Mall.
All of sudden, out of nowhere, I was attacked by the group of 10-15 kids (around 12-16 years old). They all tried to grab my wallet, mobile, and my personal belongings. Not a single person walking on the street intervened😡
I tried to push them back, but they all were coming in the group. Finally after 2-3 minutes drama, one kid took my hand glove thinking that they took my wallet and they all ran away. Later, one lady from that group followed us till freedom square.
Real story starts now, at the freedom square, I approached police who were sitting in their car. As soon as the lady saw that, she disappeared. Surprisingly, police told me that they can not take the action as they were some other duty and advised me to go to the police station. Police also told me to react in a polite way with those kids if they try to do this again and request them not to do so😂😂😂
I must say that the street is not at all safe for Asian and Arabs.
Very disappointing and disturbing experience. We will never visit this place again.

The host son and his friend was so nice and helped. I met them at the apartment. I had so.e difficulties withe the tv and stove and they came back again to help....so nuce!! ...Great service!!
The bed was so nice and big!! Very comfortable! Had all the amenities!...and s perfect location!...next to Freedom Square, shopping and restaurants.
The person tidying up the place after I left was so nice and kind!!
The overall experience was wonderful!!.... Highly Recommend!

We had a nice stay at Graf Hotel and the staff was always trying to be helpful.
The location is great; two minutes walking distance from the Freedom Square, which is the center of the city.
Breakfast was also good; it would be nice to have some freshly brewed tea as well.

Excellent location right between freedom square and Jan Shardeni Street (which has great night clubs, resto bars etc). Its a real quaint boutique hotel with excellent staff and a special call out to Salome for accommodating my request for late check out till 2 pm. I suggest staying room 17 if you are a couple travelling. Its a great room.

Great apartment and excellent stay!
Beautiful unit and comfortable and clean which was ideal for our family. Everything was so handy. 5 minutes walk to Freedom Square. Great supermarket for local groceries and area was quiet and safe.

The hotel is well situated for the museums and galleries and only a short walk to Freedom Square and the old town. It was also very quiet, as it was off the main traffic routes. Our room was large with a sitting area, large bathroom and huge balcony. Breakfast was buffet style with a varied choice of hot and cold items and was continually topped up by the staff.

I stayed here twice already, and both times were amazing. The location is perfect—right in the center of Old Tbilisi, close to Freedom Square, transport, shops, and cafés. The rooms are big, spotless, and feel more like home than a hotel.
Breakfast was a wonderful surprise, served on the 5th floor with a beautiful view over Tbilisi—it made the mornings special. The location couldn’t be better, everything is within walking distance.

Barnovi Boutique Hotel is a perfectly situated property right off of Rustaveli Avenue, this made for a quick walk to the Freedom Square and Old Town. Breakfast was very nice each morning—We loved eating with the two cute neighbor cats that frequent the terrace. Additionally, we chose a balcony room and it was so nice to sit out in the evenings with a bottle of Georgian wine. The hotel is on a hill so the view is quite nice.

The apartment was very clean, and had all the utensils needed. It was spacious and very secure. Located close to the mini supermarket and a walk away from 2 beautiful parks just to sit, relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air. As soon as you get to know your surroundings, the freedom square is about a 5 to 10 min walk going downhill. The apartment is set in a great location, and the host Tamara was very helpful and assisted in all we needed. Thank you Tamara!
