The hotel easily gets an A for Awesome! Once the pool/patio door opens one thing is made absolutely clear to the guest: a lot of love and care has been paid to this facility! Everything is in a beautiful order, nothing is left on luck. A very caring host, an amazing two-room apartment equipped with all a family or couple may need for spending a relaxing stay. Everything is clean, well taken care for, everything works ans everything is comfortable and cosy. The hotel is very close to the village centre which is teeming with local life in an easy going atmosphere. Tavernas, bars, local food shops, supermarkets...all you will ever need. And the village is surrounded by nature! Vineyards, pine forests, mountain hike paths. And the city of Heraklion is just 20 mins away. An ideal place to stay, overall. Cannot wait to visit again! The property feels very fresh, new, and tastefully designed. We were very comfortable in our room and appreciated the robes and slippers. The location was perfect for walking around the cute town of Archanes and was a short driving distance to Knossos, Heraklion, wineries, and other sites. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.
