It's an ultra luxury hotel, everything was just splendid, the only process that was time consuming was the checkin process, they would absolutely not accept any early check-in, they blatantly refused and would only check-in dot after 3, for which you had to wait in another check-in line for the room keys.....other than that it was a near perfect stay. All their rooms are sea facing and a fantastic view from each and every room. Keep up the good work , definately worth a stay and definately no beach, water slides are not in the hotel, there is a waterpark next door. Regards from Dubai.

Very good, everything about the hotel was excellent. We stayed at a different hotel for 1 night and it was a five star hotel. and it’s safe to say, that the arca was THE BEST hotel in all of hong kong. Next time i visit hong kong, i’m booking here again!!!
