"The staff was amazing, especially Herman from Reception. He gave us a free upgrade to a suite and the hotel itself is connected to one of the biggest malls in Hong Kong, The IFC mall which has alot of high end brands. The location was also great as it was in central and near the port and everything was within walling distance and the meteo (MTR) is located in the mall."
