The neighborhood was quiet and there is a small market just a few minutes walk away. The stairs to Ploce Gate are just in front of the apartment and are direct to the gate. The view of old town and the Adriatic Sea is stunning. Our flight home was cancelled. I messaged the hosts and they were able to accommodate us. It was just a few hundred meters from the Ploce gate and up some steps. You can approach without many steps from the cable car if you took a taxi or bus #8 from the north. Small markets and bakeries nearby. Washing machine, and drying rack out on the terrace where you can sit and enjoy the garden. Plenty of storage in the bedroom. Full kitchen too. It is exceptionally convenient to the city walls and Ploce Gate, and Banje Beach was just a very brief walk away. The apartment was impeccably clean and the kitchen has all the tools and equipment you could want for cooking. The Wi-Fi was strong and secure. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the shade as well as the very sunny patio facing the city and sea.
