It's within a 5-minute walk to the bus station; It's located in walking distances to the major attractions; it's clean and tidy; the breakfast was exceptional; the staff and owner are friendly and welcoming.

Miramare Hotel is situated about 5 minutes from Kolovare Beach and a 15 minutes walk to Zadar Old Town There is a huge supermarket nearby - only 10 minutes walk from the hotel (Interspar) The pool is a good size and we didn't have any issues with guests reserving seats by the pool - always manage to get a good spot! The staff were so lovely and helped out whenever they can - even gave us a basic introduction to what was good and where to go in and around Zadar - I felt like I was really well taken care during my visit!

Everything was excellent. Great location - 2 minutes' walk from Kolovare beach; 10 minutes to the Old town;10-12 minutes walk to big supermarkets such as Interspar and Conzum. At the same time, it is a very quiet place. Fast and effective communication with the host. A very clean and spacious apartment with an exceptionally comfortable bed. We really liked the stay!

Beautiful apartment and a great terrace with plenty of shade, we were very lucky to stay here at close proximity to the bus station and Kolovare Beach which is very nice. Very good idea for breakfast to have a sandwich maker in the apartment. We had a great time at Apartment Nevenka.

The apartment was sparkling clean. It was very quiet and you can find everything you need inside it. There is a parking place nearby and everything is close by feet (Kolovare beach, Zadar old city). We recommend it and we would choose it again for a stay in Zadar.

Lovely, 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning that we looked forward to coming back to every day! Very comfortable beds and super comfy sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and tablets supplied. The location is excellent just minutes from the sea. Kolovare beach is nearby and there is a mini market just one minute away. The old town is around a 15 minute leisurely stroll away.

I am in love with this place. So beautiful, clean and quiet. All facilities look amazing 😍 It's so close to the bus station. Just 20 minutes walk to the Kolovare beach. This place exceeded my expectations. In real life the apartment looks better. The host is so nice and helpful. We plan to come to this place next year!

Our hosts were very helpful and friendly, the cleanest apartment we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended. ETA: the property is right near the bus station and a large Spar Market. One can walk to the Kolovare beach and Old Town is a 30-minute walk. Don't miss the Sea Organ and sunsets.
