The apartment is in an excellent location and Zadar is a beautiful town to see. There are cafes, restaurants, the Sea Organ, and lively night life within the vicinity and easy walking distance. The apartment was spotless clean, spacious, with all kitchen and laundry facilities. Very comfortable stay and we cannot say enough in appreciation of the owner. She went out of her way to help us find parking and give us an earlier check in since we arrived early. Highly recommend this apartment. We were very happy and loved the apartment and Zadar!!!

Location, location, location. Prime real estate right here. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spacious, very clean, the host who met us was super friendly and informative. The location of this apartment is just freakin awesome. The Sea Organ is like a 3 minute walk (and that's with 3 kids, 10, 3,1) there's ruins and a church and the forum of shame that you can SEE from the apartment. If you're going to Zadar, don't waste your time any place else! We would come back here 100% in a heartbeat, views from every window!

The location is fantastic with a view onto the forum and close to the sea organ, as well as the main pedestrian street. Be sure to book a view room! While some have criticized the building (vs the apartment, which is modern), it is a typical Yugoslav era building, which gives you a different perspective. There are quite a few apartment rentals in it. Check in was fast, as the staff was already at the building waiting for others. But like most rentals in Croatia, you are expected to have cell service to arrange a meeting time.

Great location in the center of the old town, exactly as described Top Center Zadar, just a few minutes stroll to all the amenities including the Sea Organ and Salutation to the Sun, museums, medieval, churches, bar and restaurants. The place was immaculately clean and quiet at night. Equipped with everything you need and is super cozy. Great communication with host. He let us into the studio apartment hours before checking. I strongly recommended Top Center Zadar Studio Apartments.

The restaurant Bon Appetite. This was the most incredible restaurant we ate at in the 22 days in Europe. The food was incredible. We ate outside by the sea. The waiter actually helped us pay for our parking out of his own pocket. The sunsets unbelievable. The sea organ was awesome. Zadar was my favorite city in Croatia. We ate more than once at Bon Appetite. They even helped me find addresses for the GPS. Can't say enough about them. Put them on your bucket list.

The location was amazing. You can walk amongst the most beautiful sites in Old Town easily and are minutes away from any type of restaurant or market. You can swim in the sea right next to the apartment and hear the sea organ lull you to sleep! Sasha the host was great and helped us when we arrived late and checked out late. If we can make it back to Zadar I will be sad if this apartment is not available. I can’t imagine a better place to stay for a family of 3 or less!

This was a great location surrounded by beaches and water sports just minutes from the old town of Zadar, but in a much more tranquil setting. We used the apartment as a base for exploring Plitvice Lakes National Park (about a 90 minute drive, but much closer than driving from Split), but we also enjoyed the local beaches, the sea organ in Zadar old town, etc. The host, Ivana, was extremely helpful and the apartment is very secure and in a quiet neighborhood.

The apartment is newly renovated and has a nice size common room and large kitchen. Host was very pleasant and provided a map of the Old Town City and highlighted the main sights to see. Old Town Zadar is very small, so you are close to everything. This apartment is a short walk to the Sea Organ. You are able to walk the entire Old Town peninsula from the apartment location easily. Many places to eat and drink closeby

It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The owners of the apartment were amazing. They went out of their way to help us, taking us to the local beaches and out in Zadar in the evening to see the sundial and hear the sea organ. I highly recommend the apartment.
Go to the sea organ at sunset, it is really beautiful
Sat on a bench at the Greeting To The Sun, or sat listening to the Sea Organ nearby.
The old forum is a must. Take a walk along the riva and see the sea organ and "greetings to the sun". The ancient glass museum is very interesting too.
Go to promenade where the Sea Organ and Salutation to the Sun are.
The area around the sea organ could be crowded so the pier in front of the forum is your best bet to get a nice uninterrupted view.
Go to the pier on the far west of town and sit down on the steps that lead into the Mediterannean as the Sea Organ plays a hauning melody while the sun slips below the waves. As dark arrives, watch the Greeting the Sun art installation light up the floor of the boardwalk and play mesmerising patterns as the ferries and cruise lines sail off into the night.
