Easy booking, friendly staff. Location is great, very near the bridge and a few minutes walk to the pedestrian street. It's wheelchair accessible in a sense that the hotel is completely step free and the bathroom has a roll in shower, however, the bathroom is really tiny. Nonetheless, staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing a bathroom stool for us.

Fantastic hotel! Warm atmosphere, great location, excellent service. An extra plus for the breakfast cafe that offered a simple and very affordable breakfast and great coffee as an alternative to the buffet breakfast.

Love the location, next to the river and the castle. Good restaurants near by. It was a monastery and the decoration and restoration beautiful. Breakfast area beautiful and the young man responsible was very welcoming .
