Family friendliness is very well developped all over the hotel. Employees that work in lounge and spa are amazing. Food is excellent and various, they have many food options for children. Toilets are spotless clean. Kids park in front of hotel is very big with plenty of options for all ages. Animator are a very nice touch.

The gentleman who greeted us was so friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. we used the hot tub and the sauna and we had a relaxing evening after eating in a restaurant that he recommended. Breakfast in the morning was good and the bottle of wine that they left in our room was a welcome surprise. A great place that I would definitely come back to.

Great hotel. Dinner and breakfast were amazing. Had a nice massage, though we forgot to book ahead and only one of us were able to be massaged. Great service. Nice pools.

The staff was kind, the ala carte restaurant was awesome, delicious food and wine there, well-prepared for many people. Half-board was great as well. I liked the jacuzzi on the sun terrace, with its marvelous view of Lake Balaton. It's worth mentioning the high number of parking slots and the view in general from the building complex!
